  • Unfortunately, I don't have the capability to work directly on Apple-specific software like Keynote, Pages, and Numbers, as I don't use an Apple device for my design work. However, if you can export your files into Microsoft formats like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, I'd be more than happy to assist with your design needs in those formats. This way, we can ensure compatibility and smooth collaboration on your project.

  • To maintain fairness and scheduling integrity, hours are not carried over to another day unless we've previously agreed upon it, or in cases where I'm unable to work the full duration.

  • While the primary focus of these bookable sessions is on smaller design tasks (since they're available in full or half-day formats), creating an entire PowerPoint presentation might be feasible depending on the project's complexity and scope. I encourage you to fill in the request form with details about your PowerPoint needs. I'll review it and let you know if it's something we can accomplish within the booked session.

  • For all design sessions, the payment process is structured to ensure clarity and security for both parties. Here’s how it works:

    • Initial Payment: Before the session begins, a deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This upfront payment confirms your slot and helps in planning the schedule effectively.

    • Final Payment: Once the design work is completed and ready for delivery, the remaining 50% of the payment is due. After this final payment is received, the edited files will be promptly sent to you.

    This payment structure not only helps in managing the workflow efficiently but also assures that you are fully satisfied with the final output before the project is fully paid for. All payments can be made through BACS
