Overview: In this transformative branding project for a children's cancer charity in Cardiff, spanning 7 months, I undertook the challenge of reshaping their identity to align with their mission and boost online engagement. The project kicked off with a comprehensive 4-week client onboarding phase, involving in-depth interactions through a questionnaire and video calls with the committee to understand the brand's significance to volunteers, supporters, and the children it serves.

Market Research: The subsequent 9 weeks involved an exploration of brand strategy and image, followed by a focused 3-week design and ideation stage resulting in a new logo and website. Prioritising branded materials for events, I crafted a brochure, donation box, ID cards, business cards, and letterhead. The website, built on Wix, featured 11 events, 2,000 words, 50 images, and 3 videos. The subsequent phase encompassed revisions, feedback sessions, and finalising the products for events.

User Interface & Experience: To enhance web usability, I implemented action buttons and a hover tool for readability. Through organised video calls, I unearthed core values that weren't adequately represented in the old branding, guiding the design process to visually embody these values.

Final Result: The refreshed brand achieved a harmonious online and physical presence, resonating with the charity's true values. The new website offered accessible donation links and a friendly icon encapsulating the charity positively.
